It all began with a simple WhatsApp message on a Sunday morning.
Elie had seen one of our previous Porsche Turbo audio builds on Instagram and decided it was time his own car received the same treatment. His weapon of choice? A Porsche 911 GT3 (992) — one of the most exhilarating drivers’ cars in the world.
But while the GT3’s performance is nothing short of breathtaking, Elie knew one thing was missing: a proper sound system. His car didn’t come with the upgraded factory package, and in his words, the audio was “abit shit” — not worthy of such a machine.

The Challenge 🎯
Upgrading audio in a Porsche 911 GT3 is never straightforward. These cars are precision machines, and our approach has to be just as precise.
The challenges included:
- Preserving the factory look — no visible aftermarket parts.
- Working with limited cabin space while installing high-end equipment.
- Designing a system that could balance clarity, stage depth, and bass without overpowering the driving experience.
- Ensuring full CAN bus integration with Porsche’s electronics for a flawless OEM-style operation.
Elie was crystal clear: “Nothing visible. The car must look stock.”

The Installation Process (6 Days of Precision) 🛠️
Transforming Elie’s GT3 into an audio masterpiece required patience, skill, and attention to detail.
Day 1–2: Soundproofing
We began with a full soundproofing treatment, carefully layering premium acoustic material into the doors and key panels. This step takes two days but is critical — reducing road noise and resonance ensures the speakers can perform at their absolute best.
Day 3: Harness & Power Integration
Next, we integrated the dedicated Plug & Play harness and power cabling into the Porsche’s tight chassis. This stage ensures the MATCH DSP amplifier communicates flawlessly with the factory head unit and CAN bus system.
Day 4: Speaker Installation
We installed the Helix CI3 speakers using the FlexMount system — a clever design that allows perfect fitment into factory speaker locations without modification. This keeps the car 100% reversible, maintaining its value.
Day 5: Amplifier & Hidden USB Setup
The MATCH DSP amplifier was mounted discreetly, with no visible traces of aftermarket equipment. A hidden USB cable was also added for future tuning sessions — completely concealed, just as Elie requested.
Day 6: DSP Tuning
Finally, we spent 6–7 hours fine-tuning the system using DSP PC-Tool. Every frequency, every time alignment, every EQ adjustment was made with surgical precision. The result was a sound signature tailored to Elie’s GT3 — crisp highs, warm mids, and powerful yet controlled bass.
The Result 🎵
When Elie picked up his GT3, he couldn’t believe the transformation.
- The factory look was perfectly preserved. Not a single hint of aftermarket equipment was visible.
- The sound quality was worlds apart from stock — with immersive clarity, punchy bass, and a concert-like soundstage.
