The VIOFO BP100 is a high-capacity dash cam battery pack designed to provide reliable Parking Mode power without continuously drawing energy from the vehicle’s main battery.
Built with a 12.8V / 7,650mAh / 98Wh LiFePO₄ battery, the BP100 provides dedicated power to the connected dash cam after the vehicle is switched off. This helps reduce strain on the starter battery while allowing extended parking surveillance.
Under VIOFO test conditions, the BP100 can provide approximately 32 hours of Parking Mode operation when powering a dash cam consuming around 3W. Actual runtime varies depending on the camera model, number of channels, recording mode and power consumption.
The BP100 supports two charging methods. A professional hardwired connection can recharge the battery in approximately 70 minutes, while charging from a compatible cigarette-lighter socket takes approximately 100 minutes.
Built-in Bluetooth connectivity allows battery status to be monitored through the VIOFO App, including charge level, charging or discharging status, temperature, input and output information and estimated remaining runtime.
For longer parking protection, the BP100 can also be expanded using up to two optional VIOFO EP100 expansion batteries, increasing total capacity to as much as 22,950mAh.
Professional hardwired installation is recommended for faster charging, clean integration and reliable operation.
