Order processing time

In stock items

Orders for in stock items are processed within 1 – 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

ETA 2-3 weeks

If you have ordered an item that suggests ETA 2-3 weeks, please note that your order will not be processed until the lead time has passed. For example, if you place an order on Monday for an item with ETA 2-3 weeks, your order will be processed and shipped no earlier than two weeks from the date of your purchase.

BASSER ENCLOSURES: Basser lead times are subject to change due to the manufacturer's capacities of production and will not be a valid reason for a refund.

Pre-order

If you have placed an order for a pre-order item, please note that your order will not be processed until the release date of the product. We will process your order and ship it to you as soon as the product becomes available.

Items availability

If you have ordered multiple items, including pre-order items, we will hold your order until all items are available for shipment. If you wish to receive your in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order for those items.

We may cancel your order if the item(s) is out-of-stock and is no longer available. You will receive an email if your complete order is canceled.

In the situation that part of your order is out-of-stock, we will remove the out-of-stock item(s) from your order and we will ship the remaining item(s). You will not be charged for out-of-stock items ordered, and will be informed by an email notification.

If any items in your order require customization or are on backorder, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping method you choose and your location. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to file a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund.
