The HELIX NEXT DSP ULTRA XT is a 16-channel ultra high-end standalone digital signal processor engineered for sophisticated multi-channel car audio upgrades and complex OEM sound system integration. With 12 processable input channels, 8 virtual channels and 16 processed output channels, it provides extensive signal routing and tuning capability for premium systems requiring precise control of multiple speakers, amplifiers and signal sources. Its 12-channel high-level input supports signals up to 32 V RMS, making it particularly suitable for integration with powerful factory amplified audio systems.
At its core, the DSP ULTRA XT combines TwinDSP Power with two 64-bit fixed-point audio processors delivering 2.4 billion MAC operations per second, alongside ESS Technology ES9841Q ADC and ES9081Q DAC converters using HyperStream IV, SABRE and SABRE HIFI technology. Internal processing operates at 96 kHz, while USB PerfectStream supports lossless high-resolution audio streaming up to 192 kHz / 32 Bit through USB-C. Connectivity includes 8 RCA inputs, 12 high-level inputs, optical and coaxial SPDIF inputs, 16 RCA outputs, an optical SPDIF output, Smart Control Port and an Extension Card 2.0 slot for additional interfaces.
