The Eway Tech EW-BZMO-V722 is a vehicle-specific digital audio interface designed for compatible Mercedes-Benz vehicles manufactured from 2020 onwards, excluding the S-Class. It converts the factory coaxial eMOST digital audio signal into an optical S/PDIF (TOSLINK) output, enabling integration with aftermarket digital signal processors and high-performance automotive audio systems while retaining the original Mercedes-Benz infotainment source.
Designed for advanced OEM audio integration, the EW-BZMO-V722 provides a digital signal connection between the compatible factory eMOST audio network and an aftermarket DSP equipped with an optical S/PDIF input. This allows professional installers to develop upgraded sound systems with dedicated amplification, active speaker configurations, crossover control, time alignment and equalisation. Unlike conventional speaker-level integration, the interface is intended to extract audio from the supported factory digital network before further processing by the aftermarket DSP.
