In stock items

Orders for in-stock items are processed within 1 – 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Pre-order

If you have placed an order for a pre-order item, please note that your order will not be processed until the release date of the product. We will process your order and ship it to you as soon as the product becomes available.

Items availability

If you have ordered multiple items, including pre-order items, we will hold your order until all items are available for shipment. If you wish to receive your in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order for those items.
