The HELIX Extension Card 2.0 DIGITAL IN is a digital stereo input module designed to expand compatible HELIX and MATCH DSP processors and DSP amplifiers with additional S/PDIF connectivity. Featuring both optical and coaxial digital inputs, it enables compatible digital audio sources and OEM integration interfaces to feed a clean digital stereo signal directly into the DSP.
Both inputs operate in the digital domain, avoiding unnecessary additional analogue-to-digital conversion stages in suitable system configurations. Integrated signal detection can automatically switch to an active digital source, while DSP PC-Tool provides control over source selection and allows the digital inputs to be configured as additional Main Inputs or as an AUX source. Only one of the two digital sources is processed at a time.
