The BlackVue B-130A is a high-capacity dedicated dash cam battery designed to extend Parking Mode recording while reducing reliance on the vehicle’s main starter battery.
Built with 12.8V / 7,500mAh / 96Wh LiFePO₄ battery technology, the B-130A stores power while the vehicle is running and supplies the connected dash cam independently once the ignition is switched off.
This allows compatible dash cams to continue recording in Parking Mode without continuously drawing power from the vehicle battery, making it particularly useful for vehicles with sensitive battery-management systems or where longer parking surveillance is required.
When professionally hardwired, the B-130A can recharge in approximately 50 minutes. It can also be powered from a compatible cigarette-lighter socket, with a full charge taking approximately 90 minutes.
Built-in Bluetooth connectivity allows battery status to be monitored through the BlackVue App, including remaining capacity and charging information.
The B-130A supports both 12V and 24V vehicle electrical systems and also includes a USB power output for compatible accessories.
Professional installation is recommended for correct charging, safe cable routing and reliable integration with the vehicle’s electrical system.
